The West Virginia Department of Agriculture provides information about when certain produce is available. Remember that the Wild Ramp Market receives farm products from West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky and micro climates in that region can affect the timing of maturity of crops as well as overall weather patterns.

    Our local produce store has this chart on their wall. I wonder how much it varies by area.
