Farmer Julie of The Potager, will share her knowledge on organic labeling to make you a more informed consumer. Julie is one of a handful of fully certified organic vegetable producer in West Virginia and will share her knowledge of organic labeling. This summer she wowed us with beautiful tomato bouquets, greens, and other lesser known edibles.Class $10 or Friends of the Market $5. |

Do you love Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams? Share it with friends or the one you love! Try 10 different flavors of Jeni’s; from the favorite Salty Carmel to the Dark Chocolate to the more interesting Yazoo Sue with Rosemary Bar Nuts. | Many hands make light work!Come join us at Tyler Creek Farm in Kanawah County Saturday February 16th. The address is 237 Figgatt Lane, 25313. Go to the Events section on The Wild Ramp’s Facebook page for the best directions and more details! We will be working on planting seeds, high tunnel beds, and various other farm tasks. Is this on Feb 16 or 23? The header says one thing and the article says another. Thanks.
There actually are Help A Farmer events both days but the one on the 16th is fully covered. The one on the 23rd can still use more hands. Sorry for the confusion. Meanwhile, the Jeni’s ice cream event on the 16th still has room!
